1. 총칙 Haru(이하 "회사")는 숙박 예약 서비스 STAYARI(https://www.stayari.jp, 이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기고 관련 법령(일본 「개인정보의 보호에 관한 법률」, 대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」, EU GDPR 등 적용되는 법령)을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 회사가 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 어떤 목적으로 이용하며, 누구와 공유하고, 얼마 동안 보관하며, 이용자가 어떻게 자신의 정보를 관리·삭제할 수 있는지 설명합니다. 2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 개인정보만 수집합니다. (1) 회원가입 및 로그인 시 - 이메일 회원가입: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(단방향 암호화하여 저장), 이름(닉네임) - 소셜 로그인(Google, Kakao, Apple): 아래 "3. Google 계정 정보의 수집 및 이용"에 기재된 항목 (2) 숙소 예약 및 결제 시 - 예약자 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 국적, 투숙 인원, 체크인·체크아웃 일자, 요청 사항 - 결제 정보: 결제 금액, 결제 일시, 결제 상태, 환불 내역 ※ 신용카드 번호 등 결제수단 정보는 결제대행사(Stripe)가 직접 수집·처리하며, 회사 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다. (3) 프로필 설정 시(선택) - 프로필 이미지, 선호 언어, 선호 통화, 전화번호 (4) 커뮤니티·문의 이용 시 - 작성한 게시글, 댓글, 리뷰, 문의 내용 및 첨부 이미지 (5) 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성·수집되는 정보 - 접속 IP 주소, 브라우저 종류 및 OS, 접속 일시, 서비스 이용 기록(페이지 조회, 검색 조건, 찜한 숙소), 쿠키 3. Google 계정 정보의 수집 및 이용 이용자가 "Google로 로그인"을 선택하는 경우, 회사는 Google OAuth를 통해 이용자의 동의를 받아 아래 정보에만 접근합니다. (1) 접근하는 Google 사용자 데이터 - 이메일 주소 (email 범위) - 이름 및 프로필 사진 (profile 범위) - Google 계정 고유 식별자 (openid 범위) 회사는 위 항목 외에 Gmail, Google 드라이브, Google 캘린더, 연락처 등 다른 Google 데이터에는 접근하지 않습니다. (2) 이용 목적 - 회원 계정 생성 및 로그인(본인 식별) - 마이페이지에 이름과 프로필 사진 표시 - 예약 확인, 예약 변경·취소 안내 등 서비스 관련 이메일 발송 Google 사용자 데이터는 위 목적 이외의 용도(광고, 마케팅 프로파일링, 신용 평가 등)로 사용하지 않으며, AI·머신러닝 모델 학습에도 사용하지 않습니다. (3) 저장 및 보호 - Google 사용자 데이터는 회사의 회원 데이터베이스(Supabase)에 암호화된 통신(HTTPS/TLS)을 통해 전송·저장되며, 접근 권한이 있는 최소한의 관리자만 열람할 수 있습니다. - 회사는 Google 비밀번호를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. (4) 공유 - 회사는 Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하거나 대여하지 않습니다. - 예약 이행을 위해 해당 숙소에 예약자 이름·이메일이 전달되는 경우, 그리고 "6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁"에 기재된 서비스 제공업체가 서비스 운영 목적으로 처리하는 경우를 제외하고 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. - 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우에는 예외로 합니다. (5) 보관 및 삭제 - Google 사용자 데이터는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관하며, 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이(최대 30일 이내) 삭제합니다. - 이용자는 마이페이지 > 계정 설정에서 언제든지 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있으며, info@haru-stay.com으로 삭제를 요청할 수도 있습니다. - 이용자는 Google 계정 권한 설정 페이지(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서 서비스의 접근 권한을 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다. (6) Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 준수 STAYARI가 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 것은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy)을 준수합니다. 4. 개인정보의 이용 목적 - 회원 식별, 가입 의사 확인, 계정 관리 및 부정 이용 방지 - 숙소 예약 접수, 예약 확인, 결제 및 환불 처리 - 예약 확인서·예약 변경·취소 등 서비스 이용에 필요한 안내 발송 - 고객 문의 및 불만 처리 - 커뮤니티(블로그·리뷰) 서비스 제공 - 선호 언어·통화 설정 등 이용 환경 제공 - 서비스 이용 통계 분석 및 서비스 개선 - 관련 법령상 의무 이행 및 분쟁 대응 5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 원칙적으로 이용자의 동의 없이 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다. - 예약 이행: 이용자가 예약한 숙소(운영사)에 예약자 이름, 연락처, 투숙 일정, 인원, 요청 사항을 제공합니다. (보관 기간: 해당 숙소의 법정 보관 기간) - 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우 - 법령에 근거가 있거나, 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요청한 경우 6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전 회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 해당 업체의 서버는 일본 외의 국가에 위치할 수 있습니다. - Supabase Inc.(미국): 회원 인증 및 데이터베이스 운영 - Vercel Inc.(미국): 웹사이트 호스팅 - Stripe, Inc.(미국): 결제 처리 - Beds24(독일): 숙소 예약·객실 관리 시스템 연동 - Google LLC(미국), Kakao Corp.(대한민국), Apple Inc.(미국): 소셜 로그인 제공 회사는 위탁 계약 등을 통해 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 관리·감독합니다. 7. 개인정보의 보관 기간 및 파기 - 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관하며, 탈퇴 후 지체 없이(최대 30일 이내) 파기합니다. - 예약·결제 기록: 세무·회계 관련 법령에 따라 거래일로부터 7년간 보관합니다. - 고객 문의 기록: 처리 완료 후 3년간 보관합니다. - 접속 기록: 3개월간 보관합니다. 보관 기간이 끝난 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 8. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법 - 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. - 프로필 정보는 마이페이지에서 직접 수정할 수 있고, 회원 탈퇴는 마이페이지 > 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다. - 그 밖의 요청은 info@haru-stay.com으로 연락해 주시면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이(30일 이내) 처리합니다. - 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보는 즉시 삭제가 제한될 수 있습니다. 9. 쿠키(Cookie)의 사용 - 회사는 로그인 상태 유지, 언어·통화 설정 저장 등을 위해 쿠키 및 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)를 사용합니다. - 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다만 이 경우 로그인 등 일부 기능을 이용하기 어려울 수 있습니다. 10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치 - 모든 통신 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS) - 비밀번호 단방향 암호화 저장 - 데이터베이스 행 단위 접근 제어(Row Level Security) 및 관리자 접근 권한 최소화 - 결제수단 정보 미보관(결제대행사 처리) - 보안 업데이트 및 접근 기록 점검 11. 아동의 개인정보 서비스는 만 16세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 16세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 해당 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 12. 개인정보 문의처 - 운영자: Haru (STAYARI) - 이메일: info@haru-stay.com - 웹사이트: https://www.stayari.jp 개인정보와 관련된 문의, 열람·삭제 요청, 불만 사항은 위 이메일로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 13. 개인정보처리방침의 변경 본 개인정보처리방침의 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되는 경우, 시행일 7일 전(이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 내 공지사항 또는 본 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 16일

1. Introduction Haru (the "Company") operates STAYARI (https://www.stayari.jp, the "Service"), an accommodation booking service. We value your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws, including Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, and the EU GDPR where applicable. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, with whom we share it, how long we keep it, and how you can manage or delete your information. 2. Information we collect We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service. (1) Sign-up and login - Email sign-up: email address, password (stored using one-way hashing), name (nickname) - Social login (Google, Kakao, Apple): the items described in "3. Collection and use of Google account information" (2) Booking and payment - Guest information: name, email address, phone number, nationality, number of guests, check-in/check-out dates, special requests - Payment information: amount, date and time, payment status, refund history * Card numbers and other payment method details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. (3) Profile settings (optional) - Profile image, preferred language, preferred currency, phone number (4) Community and inquiries - Posts, comments, reviews, inquiry content, and attached images you submit (5) Information generated automatically while using the Service - IP address, browser type and OS, access date and time, usage history (page views, search conditions, saved properties), cookies 3. Collection and use of Google account information If you choose "Sign in with Google," we access only the following information through Google OAuth, with your consent. (1) Google user data we access - Email address (email scope) - Name and profile picture (profile scope) - Google account unique identifier (openid scope) We do not access any other Google data, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or Contacts. (2) How we use it - To create your account and sign you in (identification) - To display your name and profile picture on My Page - To send service-related emails such as booking confirmations and booking change/cancellation notices We do not use Google user data for any other purpose, including advertising, marketing profiling, or credit assessment, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models. (3) Storage and protection - Google user data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in our member database (Supabase). Only a minimum number of authorized administrators can access it. - We never collect or store your Google password. (4) Sharing - We do not sell or rent Google user data. - We do not share it with third parties, except when the guest's name and email are provided to the booked property to fulfill a reservation, when it is processed by the service providers listed in "6. Processors and international transfers" to operate the Service, or when required by law. (5) Retention and deletion - Google user data is retained until you delete your account, and is deleted without delay (within 30 days at most) after account deletion. - You can delete your account at any time from My Page > Account Settings, or request deletion by emailing info@haru-stay.com. - You can revoke the Service's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). (6) Compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy STAYARI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. 4. Purposes of use - Member identification, account management, and prevention of fraudulent use - Accepting and confirming bookings, and processing payments and refunds - Sending notices necessary for using the Service, such as booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations - Handling customer inquiries and complaints - Providing community features (blog and reviews) - Saving your preferred language and currency settings - Analyzing usage statistics and improving the Service - Complying with legal obligations and handling disputes 5. Provision to third parties We do not sell your personal information and, in principle, do not provide it to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases: - Booking fulfillment: we provide the guest's name, contact information, stay dates, number of guests, and special requests to the property (operator) you booked. - When you have given prior consent - When required by law, or when requested by an investigative authority in accordance with legal procedures 6. Processors and international transfers We entrust the processing of personal information to the following providers to operate the Service. Their servers may be located outside Japan. - Supabase Inc. (USA): authentication and database - Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting - Stripe, Inc. (USA): payment processing - Beds24 (Germany): property booking and room management system integration - Google LLC (USA), Kakao Corp. (Korea), Apple Inc. (USA): social login We supervise these providers through contracts and other measures to ensure that personal information is handled securely. 7. Retention and deletion - Member information: retained until account deletion, and deleted without delay (within 30 days at most) afterward. - Booking and payment records: retained for 7 years from the transaction date in accordance with tax and accounting laws. - Customer inquiry records: retained for 3 years after resolution. - Access logs: retained for 3 months. Electronic files are deleted using methods that make them unrecoverable once the retention period ends. 8. Your rights - You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, or request that we stop processing it, at any time. - You can edit your profile directly on My Page and delete your account from My Page > Account Settings. - For other requests, contact info@haru-stay.com. We will process your request without delay (within 30 days) after verifying your identity. - Information that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately. 9. Cookies - We use cookies and browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in and to save your language and currency settings. - You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. However, some features, such as login, may not work properly. 10. Security measures - Encryption of all communications (HTTPS/TLS) - One-way hashing of passwords - Row Level Security on the database and minimal administrator access - No storage of payment method details (handled by the payment processor) - Regular security updates and access log reviews 11. Children's privacy The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it without delay. 12.
